What is your return policy for tattoo equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened needle cartridges or inks unless they are defective.

Yes, all Solong Tattoo machines and power supplies come with a 6-month to 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
